Why do you require my email?

We use your email to send you a confirmation of the order, and also we notify you via email when your order ships. Rest assured we do not sell any of your personal information including your email address.

I have a promotion/coupon code, how do I use it?

faucet.com sometimes has discounts and promotions for it's products via emailed newsletters, and on-site advertisements. If you have such a promotion code code, you may enter it in the section at the bottom of your shopping cart to redeem. The card identification number is the last 3 digits of the number located on the back of your card next to your signature.
