Cast Iron Construction

The strong, durable cast iron construction allows the ergonomically designed heat-storage range cooker to utilize gentle, radiant heat. As a result, your food will maintain proper moisture, flavor and texture.

Two Heat-Storage Ovens

This design features two separate heat-storage ovens, each designed for different functions. The first is ideal for roasting and baking, while the other is designed for long, slow simmering.

Conventional Oven

In addition to the heat-storage ovens, this cooker features a conventional oven behind a lower glass door, featuring nine temperature settings and a preheat time of just 15 minutes.

Integrated Grill

You don’t need an outdoor area to get a great, grilled flavor. This unit features a roasting and baking oven cavity with an integrated 2.1kW grill and four separate grilling positions.

Cast Iron Hotplate

The ERA boasts a cast iron hotplate which holds up to four pans. It can be set to either boiling or simmering and heats up in under 12 minutes. The AGA hotplate cover features industrial handles with a polished chrome, geometric design.

Induction Hob

A four-zone induction hob provides fast, safe and energy-efficient cooking with a sleek, minimal aesthetic. Bridge two zones with a griddle or large pan for added versatility. This hob features boil dry detection, timer, pot detection, child lock, a pause button and ‘power boost’ function.
