Do you delight in the ritual of cooking? Love to take your time when creating meals that are masterpieces? Do you appreciate consistency, precision, and beauty in your cooking appliances? If you answered yes to any of these, you deserve a Wolf Range. These specialized luxury pieces have represented quality, performance, and purposeful innovation for many years. The release of two beloved, reimagined Wolf Ranges prove that this is a company that continues to focus on progress in the kitchen — based on emerging technology, science, and fresh design.

This year, Wolf introduced two new ranges: Dual Fuel Ranges and Induction Ranges — and we can’t wait to tell you about them.

Unparalleled Performance

First, let’s talk about what these two types of ranges have in common.

Sleek electric range with Convection oven.

The Wolf Dual VertiCross™ Convection System produces consistent results by reducing hot and cold spots. Controlled heat and airflow inside Wolf electric ovens cook food evenly and allow for multi-rack cooking. Ten cooking modes, including Bake, Broil, Convection, Convection Roast, Dehydrate, Gourmet, Proof, Roast, Bake Stone, and Warm allow for a completely customized experience.

Switch to Gourmet Mode to simplify your cooking experience. Simply follow the directions on the screen and let your oven do the work. Gourmet Mode features nearly 50 presets that automatically control the oven to ensure delicious results.

Both range styles have a temperature probe that alerts you when your dish has reached the desired temperature. Another technological advancement is the oven’s Wi-Fi enabled feature, which allows you to remotely preheat, select modes, and adjust oven temperature from your mobile device. Delayed start, timed cook, and Sabbath mode are more luxe tools.

What’s Your Specialty?

Induction or Dual Fuel, each range provides a host of unique and remarkable features.

New Wolf Dual Fuel Ranges

Luxury kitchen with dual range. Oven door open with food cooking.

Wolf’s patented dual-stacked, sealed gas burner design provides precise high-to-low temperature control and a spark ignition system that reignites burners automatically for improved safety, while LED backlit control knobs light when in use. The upper-tier burner delivers exceptionally high Btu for searing and boiling. For simmering or melting, the lower-tier burner produces a more subtle flame.

Range top, food on griddle, digital touch screen with cook settings.

Discover greater cooking flexibility with a vast number of specialized rangetop configurations. Select the rangetop that fits the way you cook with infrared griddle, infrared charbroiler, French top, and all burner options—like the all-new 48” eight-burner model. The infrared charbroiler is now adjustable, and the redesigned griddle features a larger cooking area. Both are capable of handling a range of foods, from steaks and burgers to delicate fish fillets and vegetables.

Additionally, the full-color touch screen is intuitive and easy to read, discreetly hiding away when not in use.

Dual range in stainless steel, red knobs. Dark blue kitchen cabinets.

Constructed of stainless steel, this range looks amazing in any kitchen with its pro style handles and iconic red, black, or brushed stainless knobs. Available in 30" and 36" widths, or up to 48” and 60" widths with two ovens.

New Wolf Induction Range

Induction cooking has steadily gained popularity in professional and home kitchens alike. Wolf’s sleek new Induction Range provides efficiency, control, and consistency atop a Dual VertiCross™ convection electric oven.  Plus, it offers a modern alternative to the professional-style range. Additionally, the minimalist clean design has an added ergonomic benefit: it raises the cavity height for easier access.

Black electric cooktop. Sleek digital display screen.

Its scratch-resistant, ceramic glass induction cooking surface provides consistent, precise temperature control and nearly instantaneous temperature adjustment response. It features an intuitive and interactive full-color touch screen which locks for safety and cleaning. Its black surface resists staining and easily wipes clean.

The cooktop has a Bridge function which joins two induction zones into one large area, allowing the use of an induction-capable griddle, open roaster, or fish poacher. Boost Mode delivers rapid heat for 40% faster boil times, rivaling the speed of gas and electric.

This stainless steel range complements the transitional style of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances and is available in 30" and 36" widths.

These are truly chef-worthy appliances that will upgrade your kitchen, your meals, and your lifestyle.
