• 996L Breakaway Lever: This has become the standard lever trim for 98L/99L Series devices. The design is especially effective in areas where vandalism to door hardware is a problem. The intent of the design is to discourage costly repairs. The breakaway feature is not available on the Night Latch or Dummy Trim versions.
