This Soler & Palau motion sensor features a passive infrared sensor with an adjustable time-off delay of 30 minutes. Covering up to 1,500 square feet of floor space, this ceiling mounted sensor helps your S&P model ERV adjust the airflow of the room based on current occupancy.

Soler & Palau's TRC line is designed to moderate extremes in both temperature and humidity, creating a comfortable, and enjoyable indoor environment. The unique moisture transfer capability of the S&P core also eliminates condensation and frost build up in most applications, and unlike other energy recovery ventilation systems on the market, no mechanical or electrical defrost systems are needed, which means you experience higher heat recovery efficiencies, easier installation and a more reliable operation.
