The sink is constructed of 1.5mm thick 16-GAUGE stainless steel which gives the sink extreme durability against dents. The insulation of this sink is modeled after the insulation in modern refrigerators. The entire sink is double-walled: constructed of 2 layers of stainless steel with a 3/4-inch wide, fully sealed gap in between that is filled with insulating foam. In addition there is another 1/4-inch thick layer of PE foam on the outside that adds further insulation and prevents condensation. The lid of the sink is also double walled and filled with insulating foam. The inside of the sink has 12-inch of bowl depth, allowing you to fit not just beer bottles but also full size wine bottles in it.
