To submit a claim, fill out ASKO's claim form here, and have the following information available:
- Copy of proof of purchase/invoice that includes the date of purchase, store purchased from, and invoice number.
- Valid serial numbers and product codes/SKUs
- Contact information including physical address, valid email address, and daytime contact phone number.
Valid on purchases made between January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.
