Irina's design process began with a partnership with Build with Ferguson. She carefully chose and submitted products that were used to generate an AI rendering bathroom refresh based on a photo of her current space. This innovative method allowed her to explore various design possibilities before settling on the final look.

In choosing products and brands for the design, Irina had specific criteria in mind. "I wanted products that feel a bit more modern, but still have that classic, timeless look," she shares. This approach allowed her to create a space that would feel current and stylish yet wouldn't quickly become dated.

To achieve her desired aesthetic, Irina carefully selected a range of products that would bring her vision to life. "I chose these items for a more modern organic look in the bathroom," she explains. The list includes faucets, sinks, lighting, vanity, mirrors, and hardware - all chosen to create a cohesive, updated space.

Irina's savvy approach to budgeting is evident in her product choices. "I like to save on lighting, mirrors, and hardware and splurge on products like faucets and sinks because you want those items to be quality products and last throughout the years," she advises.
