The Air 4 is fabricated with industry above standard 12 gauge material. The doors are 2" inches thick, include a steel threshold, and bullet hinges with grease fittings welded on the frame. To allow for easy installation, Pinky's Iron Doors have tabs with pre drilled holes welded on the jamb. The Air 4 comes with 5/8" tempered dual pane glass. Additionally, Pinky's Iron Doors include Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping inside each frame, helping reduce hot and cold weather transfer. To help prevent infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke or fire a door sweep is included, and installed at the bottom of your door to help seal gaps.

• Jamb is included and packaged separately from the door. Jamb is constructed with 12 gauge tube (above industry standard). Polyurethane Foam Core is filled in the jamb for greater insulation.
• Steel threshold is included and it comes welded on the jamb.
• Brackets: Tabs come welded on jamb with pre drilled holes to allow for easy installation.

Door Construction:

• Hinges: Steel weld on bullet hinges with grease fittings come welded on jamb and door. Allows customers to comfortably open the doors, but yet feel that quality with each and every use. Pinky's Iron Doors use welded steel bullet hinge with copper crush washer instead of a ball bearing hinge because ball bearings are made out of stainless steel (hard material) and the hinges/doors are made out of steel (softer material) which over time causes the hinge to wear. With copper crush washers, the washer is the soft point and they are easily replaceable over time if needed.

• Glass: Tempered dual pane glass. There is a spacer in between each 1/4” thick glass that makes the total thickness of the tempered dual pane glass 5/8”. Front exterior side glass is the design glass style you chose and back interior side glass is clear. Customers may swap back glass for design glass with special orders only.

• Weather Stripping: Dual foam weather stripping is included and comes installed around the door frame. Designs with operable glass will have dual sealing around the glass. The purpose is to help reduce air infiltration and water penetration. The dual sealing around the glass allows for weather stripping on both sides of the glass. The seal around the door frames help to reduce the leakage of air and heat, resulting in a much more energy efficient product for Pinky's Iron Doors customers.

• Pinky’s Iron Doors guarantees that all iron doors, windows, and other products sold through their website will be free from defect in material and craftsmanship for a one year period after the initial purchase date. Pinky's Iron Doors customer service team will replace any substandard product or parts that have been deemed defective (within one years from the date of sale on the frame of the door, one year on moving parts, one year on glass for any defect on center seal excluding scratches, broken glass, etc.) at Pinky’s Iron Doors’ sole discretion.
• Please keep in mind that exposure to natural elements and frequent use is expected to cause Pinky’s Iron Doors, windows, and other products purchased and ordered through the Pinky's Iron Doors site to naturally age. Although Pinky’s Iron Doors are galvanized, direct exposure to water is not recommended, any damages or changes to the products brought on by frequent use or exposure to the elements is considered an organic process that cannot be prevented, and is not thought to be a defect that is covered by the terms and conditions of this site. Any exposure to moisture/water may lead to rust as this is a metal product if not wiped immediately. DO NOT use water to wash the doors as this will lead to the door rusting. Pinky’s Iron Doors cannot be held liable for any damages due to exposure to water/moisture.
• Pinky’s Iron Doors products are hand forged and individually finished in the Pinky's Iron Doors factory. Minor differences in these products are normal and to be expected to achieve the “hand forged” look, so this will not be considered a defect.
