When considering Fuel type for your appliances, there are a few key types to consider:

Gas- All gas appliances are delivered ready to burn natural gas unless otherwise specified. Most appliances are able to be converted to burn propane gas. We recommend all gas conversions be done by a qualified professional. Some benefits include precise control over the heat / flmae, typically cheaper to run than Electric, no need to worry about power outages, and instant on / off.
Electric - these appliances are electrically powered only. These are the least expensive models to purchase. Easy to clean surfaces, but are subject to power outages.
Dual Fuel - Get the benefits of both Electric and Gas. The appliance some with an electric oven and gas cooktop. The most expensive option, however is prefered by most all cooking professionals.
