The Moen smart sump pump monitor provides peace of mind by monitoring your current sump pump’s performance 24/7 through connected, smart technology to alert you in real time if you are at risk of failure or flooding. The smart sump pump monitor helps mitigate the risk of water damage and flooding by allowing you the opportunity to address issues when high water levels or unusual conditions are detected. The monitor retrofits any sump pump up to and including 1 HP. The Moen Smart Water app provides exact water-level data, monitors for sump pump overdrive, power outages, Wi-Fi status, temperature, humidity, and leaks. If an abnormality or leak is detected, you are alerted through the app or through an audible siren to help protect the home from water damage.

• Real-time sump pump health check – the included 10' smart water level sensor constantly monitors the water level in the sump pump basin in real time to assess flooding risks and if the sump pump is working efficiently
• 24/7 monitoring with alerts – receive immediate notifications regarding issues within a sump pump system via the Moen Smart Water app
• Outage alert – immediate notification of a power or Wi-Fi outage, which could disrupt the sump pump from working properly
• Backup for the backup – runs tests on the battery backup system (if applicable) to ensure it’s ready to work when needed
• Leak detection – includes a 6' remote leak sensing disc to monitor for unwanted moisture or water that is present in the area around the sump pump
• Freeze alerts – alerts of extreme abnormalities in temperature, which could indicate a risk for freezing pipes in the basement
• Humidity monitoring – monitors humidity levels to help detect any moisture abnormalities that could lead to mold
• Requires a Wi-Fi connection and smartphone for full functionality; however, in the event of a power disruption it will utilize a 9 volt battery to sound the audible siren if an abnormality is detected
