An efficient MXZ-3C30NA3 outdoor condenser, built with advanced technology, is combined with unobtrusive concealed duct SEZ-KD indoor units and two wireless remote controllers for the perfect marriage of convenience and comfort. With multiple operating modes and multiple fan speeds, this is a system that fits the needs of nearly any home.

Features:

• Precision Temperature Control Technology: The MXZ-3C30NA3 outdoor condenser is equipped with inverter technology and an electronic linear expansion valve. These components improve temperature accuracy and system efficiency through precise adjustments of both compressor speed and refrigerant flow.

• Hot-Start: In heating mode, Mitsubishi's hot-start technology prevents cold drafts by stalling fan operation while the heat exchanger is warming up.

• Dehumidification: When the indoor unit runs in dry mode, the coil's temperature stays just below the dew point of the return air, removing unwanted moisture. This improves your comfort and reduces both mold growth and the chance of property damage in the conditioned space.

• Condensate Removal System: The included SEZ-KD compact duct indoor units contain an internal drain mechanism capable of lifting condensate 21-11/16". This simplifies installation and prevents condensate overflow, which can damage or destroy your property.

• Advanced Remote Controller: The MHK1 remote controller kits have dual set point control and multiple scheduling options. They learn how quickly your zones are cooled and heated and adjust scheduled operations so that the zones are always the right temperature at the right time.

• Inconspicuous Design: Installing a source of zoned comfort doesn't have to disrupt the visual layout of your space. With the concealed duct units, small air registers are the only evidence that a powerful and efficient mini split system is servicing your rooms.

Required Components:

• Line Set: Line set tubing transfers refrigerant between your outdoor condenser and indoor units
• Drain Line: The drain line removes the condensate from your system. It connects your system to the drain location of your choosing
• Connecting Cable: The connecting cable provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor condenser
• Branch Box: The branch box connects to the condenser and allows for multiple refrigerant lines to be connected to your indoor evaporators
• Disconnect Box and Electrical Whip Kit: The disconnect box and whip kit gives an easy way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box
• Base Pan Heater (Optional): The base pan heater stops ice from building up on the outdoor unit, preventing performance degradation and potential damage
