• 3 speed fan setting gives you optional speeds for the type of cooking you are doing
• The 17,000 BTU Professional burner provides the heat necessary for almost all high temperature cooking methods while also being able to go to a safe simmering 
• The 15,000 BTU burner is capable of getting to the high temperatures required to boil liquids at fast speeds and is also great for pan searing.
•  With this products low power burner it is ideal to melt chocolate or butter, even poach eggs
• Electronic Ignition and re ignite will re light the burner if it goes out automatically
• With the LP kit (included) you can convert your cooktop to liquid propane if preferred
• The full width cast iron grates make it easier to move items across the cooktop and give the surface a nice seamless look.
