The Lakeside 30" vanity is a unique, two-sided frame vanity. This vanity is constructed using birch solids and poplar veneers, with a stainless steel towel bar in a brushed nickel finish, as well as a solid wood slatted shelf for additional storage. The look of this vanity is completed with an arctic fall solid surface top with a wide apron, rectangular sink.

• Constructed from hardwood providing a lifetime of durability
• Cabinet bottoms, sides, and shelves are constructed from 1/2" (13mm) thick multi-layered plywood with stain-grade wood veneers
• Free standing installation – vanity is seated on the floor with wall anchors, providing a functional design
• Two side frames with one solid wood slatted shelf
• Interior shelves are adjustable and removable with pre-cut channels to allow for plumbing drain pipes
• Vertical supports and corner brackets reinforce the strength of the cabinet and distributes weight of the countertop
• Cabinet ships with a full back panel to allow for variable plumbing locations
• Cabinet interiors and exteriors are sealed with moisture and UV resistant finishes
