This sturdy 3/4" brass offset fire rated pivot set 600 pound maximum load is non-handed and has a center line offset of 3/4 inches from the face of the door and 3/4 inches from the edge of the door. It has a maximum load of 600 pounds and is UL listed for 3 hour rated doors.
