This 3 Inch Pellet Chimney Stainless Steel Appliance Adapter / Increaser from the PelletVent Pro series is a Type L Biofuel Chimney Pipe component designed specifically for Harman biofuel-fired stoves. This product allows the connection of 4” vent to 3” appliance outlet. All connections to and from this adapter should utilize high-temperature Silicone sealant for maximum safety and efficiency.

• Type L Chimney Pipe: Type L chimney systems are designed specifically to vent oil, natural gas or biofuel appliances. Thus, Type L chimney pipe can tolerate flue temperatures that do not exceed 570°F (299°C). This type of vent pipe should not be used to vent wood or coal-fired appliances as the temperatures produced by those fuel types exceed this pipe's temperature rating. Duravent Type L chimney pipe incorporates double-walled construction, with a Stainless Steel inner wall and a laser-welded galvalume outer wall.
