The Diversitech CladLite® pad is a lightweight 3000+ PSI reinforced concrete equipment pad with an ASTM Type 1 EPS foam core that measures 36 x 36 x 3 inches and is used as a support base for outdoor industrial applications such as heat pumps and condensers. This pad is designed to look and provide the strength of a properly poured concrete pad but is much lighter, weighing only 20% of the weight of solid concrete while still durable enough to withstand hostile environmental conditions.
