You have the choice to plug in the firebox using the optional plug kit, or depending on your heating needs hard-wire to 120 or 240 volt electrical supply. Talk to your licensed electrician to choose the best option for your installation needs. If you live in a warmer climate, 120 volt heater operation makes everything nice and cozy on chilly evenings. For colder conditions, 240 volt operation delivers almost 9,000 BTU's of powerful heating comfort, enough for almost any main living space. Either way, you can enjoy the flames without the heat year round, or deactivate the heater completely for added peace of mind in commercial applications. Use the touch controls or the remote to customize the warm glow, flickering fire light and overall light level from bright to midnight depending on your mood.

Revillusion fireboxes are also incredibly energy efficient with no chimney or venting. 100% of their electricity is converted to heat and use about as much energy as a television and related electronics. When enjoying the flames without the heat Revillusion uses and incredibly low 40 watts or about the same as a single compact florescent light bulb.
