Design House Terrace Reversible Privacy Door Knob Set with 6-Way Latch

The Design House 728725 Terrace Privacy Knob is used in bedrooms and interior applications and features a locking button on the inside knob (no keyed device on the outside knob). This knob can be opened in the case of an emergency by depressing or turning the locking mechanism on the inside. Use this knob on standard 1-3/8 inches and 1-3/4 inches thick doors with a cross bore 2-1/8 inches diameter or edge bore 1-1/16 inches diameter (1 inch x 2-1/4 inches radius corner faceplate). This unit is designed for left or right-hand doors, and fits the two most common backsets in the U.S. (2-3/4 inches and 2-3/8 inches).

Privacy: Privacy door hardware features a locking mechanism on the interior for use on bedroom and bathroom doors where locking is needed. The exterior side features a small pin hole to unlock the door hardware from the outside.
